1950 Helms World Trophy, consisting of a heavy metal plaque housed in a flat hinged wooden display case- the inner board on which the plaque sits hinges out to form a display stand. Plaque on trophy states:" The Helms World trophy created by Paul H. Helms to honor the foremost amateur athlete of each continent of the World annually with selections dating from 1896."
