Brief Description
Colour photographic print of a watercolour painting, titled, "First International Cricket Match / H.H. Stephenson's England XV v. Victorian XVIII / Melbourne Cricket Ground, / 1st January, 1862". The print is adhered across the top to a cream card mount. This photo, together with five other similarly mounted prints, was created to accompany an entry form filled out by the curator of the Melbourne Cricket Club for the Museums Association of Australia - Victorian Branch, Museum of the Year Awards 1982.
