Brief Description
Robert Ingpen's original design of an image of Melbourne Football Club rover, Fred McGinis (1876-1953), included in a tapestry celebrating 150 years of performances and events on the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The artist's original image number - 35 - and subject's name and club are handwritten below the design. A sheet of tracing paper, with the grid references for the layout of the tapestry, folds over the artwork which is signed and dated by the artist.
