Brief Description
Robert Ingpen's original design of an image of Australian Test batsman, Victor Trumper (1877-1915). The artist's original image number - 32 - and subject are handwritten, bottom left. A sheet of tracing paper, with grid lines and references, folds over the artwork. The image is included in a tapestry celebrating 150 years of performances and events on the Melbourne Cricket Ground. In 1996, Trumper was an inaugural inductee into the Australian Cricket Hall of Fame.
