Brief Description
Circular lacquered box base shaped from wood. It's lid features a representation of the Hambledon Cricket Club. Hambledon, home of the Hambledon Cricket Club. The original owner of this box seems to be Mr. Joe Wellington, whose name, and the date '1830', are hand-inscribed onto the lid (M6885.1).
