Brief Description
Black and white engraving print showing a game of cricket being played with curved bats and a two-stump wicket. Inscription below reads, in part, "The GAME at CRICKET as play'd in the ARTILLARY (sic.) Ground LONDON. London printed for Robt. Sayer at the Golden Buck in Fleet Street". Possibly dates from late eighteenth century. Originally framed in black and gold wooden frame with sticker bottom right, "13"; and verso "Baer / 13".
