Brief Description
Engraved rowing trophy awarded to J. R. Mitchell, Melbourne Church of England Grammar School in 1858. Silver-plated 1/2 pint tankard featuring school crest with motto. Inscription reads: "M. C. E. G. S./1858/JUNIOR FOURS/J. R. Mitchell - Stroke" Makers stamp on base and 1/2 pint stamp on upper edge near handle.
