Brief Description
Black and white, souvenir photograph, part of a pack of 11. The photograph depicts the full Japanese National Stadium and a field full of formerly arranged athletes during the Opening Ceremony. Above them, many birds are flying upwards. A white border on the lower edge shows black text reading 'Ten thousand pigeons fluttering / away celebrating 18th Olympiad'. The reverse is blank.
