Brief Description
Colour slide printed on plastic with a square, card surround. The picture is taken in the Melbourne Cricket Ground during the 1956 Olympic Games, and shows the playing surface, the Member's Pavilion and some of the Grey Smith Stand, as seen from the west of the ground. On the track in foreground, a group of athletes are running in the inner lane.
