Brief Description
Colour slide printed on plastic with a square, card surround. The picture was taken during the 1956 Melbourne Olympics and shows the interior of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, looking from high up in the east of the Southern Stand at the track below, where a group of athletes are running in a hurdles race. To the right of the picture can be seen the Grey Smith Stand.
