Brief Description
Colour slide printed on plastic with a square, card surround. The picture shows a group of women, three standing and seven sitting and reclining outdoors on a patch of grass in front of two brick buildings. It was taken at the Olympic Village during the 1956 Melbourne Olympics and shows members of the German Olympic team and Australian swimmer Dawn Fraser. Along the upper and lower edge of the slide is written "German Group / Sun baking Dawn / Fraser at back of / group".
