Brief Description
A large rectangular wall hanging awarded to the Australian Olympic Team by the Organising Committee of the 1968 Mexican Olympics. Orange tassels decorate the bottom of the hanging, while at the top a rod is threaded through the fabric and an orange coiled rope is tied to it for hanging. Printed on the white fabric is the logo for the 1968 Olympics and text that reads in part "AWARD / IN APPRECIATION / of valued support..."
