A chrome plated metallic lighter, with woollen wick. Outside of lighter is surrounded by tan leather, which itself is surrounded by plastic film, featuring the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games emblem. Inscription within emblem: XVITH OLYMPIAD/MELBOURNE 1956'. Inscription outside emblem: 'SOUVE[NIR]/AUSTRALIA'.
