Brief Description
A gold coloured metal badge. Stylised image of a blue jockey on a red and gold striped horse, which suggest the United States flag. Enamelled inscription below reads: 'NATIONAL-MUSEUM-OF/RACING/AND-HALL-OF-FAME'. On back: 'FRIEND/1988'. Badge was presented to Australian Gallery of Sport and Olympic Museum director, Tom McCullough, during the 2nd World Meeting of Sports Museum Directors, held at Lausanne, Switzerland, June 1989.
