Brief Description
Hand-made leotard; worn by Barbara Cunningham during Gymnastics competition at the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games. Black wool; white cloth badge in the shape of Australia with Coat of Arms in centre, sewn onto chest; sleeveless, elasticised legs. Made by Mrs Amy Nicholls, mother of fellow gymnast Wendy Nicholls.
