Brief Description
A felt and silk badge, comprising of a shield with a blue and red base, and a white chief, which contains a target board at the centre of it. White lettering across base reads: NRPA/PHILIPPINES. Badge was given to volunteer driver, Jessie Bull, by one of the shooting athletes from the Philippine Olympic Team, competing at the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games.
