Brief Description
Official 1956 Olympic Games blazer worn by George Saunders. Bottle green, single breasted wool with green satin fabric lining; three pockets. Green and yellow trim on pockets and cuffs. Two gold buttons on front. Embroidered breast pocket; Australian Coat of Arms and Olympic rings with text: "OLYMPIC GAMES 1956/HELSINKI 1952". On makers label reads: "G. SAUNDERS/ No. 5745"
