Brief Description
A scrap book made specifically as a souvenir of the 1936 Olympic Games, as the cover suggests with the title, in German: XI. OLYMPIADE/BERLIN 1936. Compiled by Australian Olympic boxer, Leslie Harley, during competition at Berlin, the scrapbook features many scenic photos of Berlin and other parts of Germany, newspaper and magazine clippings featuring Harley, or moments of interest to him, autographs of the Australian team, menus, tickets, and a charcoal portrait of Harley, composed by a street artist in Berlin.
