A 'Spirax' brand, spiral bound A3 sized sketchbook, used as a scrapbook, featuring newspaper and magazine clippings relating to the training of athletes just prior to the start of the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games. Hand written title on cover: 'PRE-OLYMPIC TRAINING'.
