Brief Description
Postcard of a poster. Design features the olympic rings emblem as an active form, racing down the slope of a snowy mountain. At lower left is the 1968 Grenoble Winter Olympics emblem, comprising of the olympic rings crowned with a white snowflake among three red roses - the symbol of Grenoble. Inscription, in French: 'Xmes JEUX/OLYMPIQUES/D'HIVER/6/18 Fevrier 1968/GRENOBLE FRANCE'. Poster was designed by Jean Brian. It was reproduced as a postcard by the I.O.C. in 1985.
