Brief Description
Coloured program sealed in Mylar and mounted on heavy white card. Blue background with a red on yellow title: "XVIth OLYMPIAD" Text below reads: "ROWING AND CANOEING EVENTS/BALLAARAT/VICTORIA - AUSTRALIA/Nov. 23rd - Dec. 1st" Features a white flag with the Olympic rings flying from a gold pole with two cord tassels.
