Brief Description
Saddle used by Gillian Rolton as a member of the gold medal winning Three-Day Event equestrian team at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. The saddle is dark brown leather comprised of several layers with three partially concealed straps on either side between lower and middle flap sections. Small rectangular green enamel and gold badges that read "LUX" and metal attachments either side near front of saddle, below middle and upper flap sections. Rear is padded under seat. Brown suede patches on front of saddle flaps. Saddle housed on wooden frame.
