Telegram to Clive Churchill offering congratulations from Webb, Chairman of Johnstone Shire Council. A yellow and purple header at the top of the page, and a round purple ink date stamp on the top-right. A typed message reads: "BEST WISHES TOMORROW FROM INNISFAIL DISTRICT STOP HAVE £100 FOR PRESENTATION TREVOR DUE COURSE RECOGNITION BY DISTRICT HIS ACHIEVEMENT -- WEBB CHAIRMAN JOHNSTONE SHIRE COUNCIL".
