Brief Description
A silver medal with a red white and blue striped ribbon threaded through an attached eyelet at the top of the medal. The ribbon is mounted by a stick pin across the back. The obverse features the profile image and abbreviated title of HM Elizabeth II. The reverse features the inscription: THE/25TH YEAR OF/THE REIGN OF QUEEN/ELIZABETH II/6 FEBRUARY/1977.
