A candlestick holder trophy awarded to Rita Smeets by the Tuesday Morning Ladies Bowling League for being the runner up in an Individual Series and for an Individual Score between September and December 1961. It is a silver trophy that is in four parts and holds three candles. There is engraving on the main stand of the trophy.
