Brief Description
Three posters advertising the Benson & Hedges World Cup and the associated World Cup exhibition, held at the Australian Gallery of Sport at the MCG, 1992. At the top of the poster is a caption, reads, "Who'll rule the world?". The central illustration is of a player from eight of the teams involved in the competition (South Africa is not represented), each holding a flag, they are standing on what appears to be the top of a world globe. On the RH side of the poster is a list of the matches to played in Australia and New Zealand including match locations and teams. At the bottom of the poster text reads, "Australian Gallery of Sport. See the World Cup Exhibition at the MCG". Across the bottom LH corner a diagonal strip of text reads, "SOUTH AFRICA / IS COMING / TICKETS ON SALE NOW", together with the United Cricket Board South Africa logo.
