Gold medal presented by Percy Marks Esq to W H Ponsford. Inscription on medal reads, "Test Matches English Series 1934. / Innings 7, not out 1, Highest Score 266 / Aggregate 569 / Average 94-83". Laurel wreath embossed on front, above inscription, batsman on reverse.
