Brief Description
Detached blazer pocket, embroidered with the crest of the Victorian Women's Amateur Athletics Association worn by Phyllis Cantwell. "V.W.A.A.A. / AUSTRALIAN CHAMPS / SYDNEY 1936 / PERTH 1940". The crest consists of a shield containing the letter V, with scrolled ribbon above and below. Blue and white diagonal striped binding at top; stitching is in white thread on dark blue wool background.
