Brief Description
Painting, on glass; hand painted depiction of Australian track and field athlete Marjorie Jackson during competition, painted on thick circular glass. Hung by Marjorie Jackson and Peter Nelson in the window of their retail sporting business in Unley, South Australia during the 1950s. Top of glass has hole drilled and chain threaded through to allow for hanging.
