Brief Description
Photograph album, compiled by Leslie Fleetwood-Smith whilst on tour with the Australian cricket team, 1935-38. The photographs show Hollywood actors dressed as cricketers with team members and informal photographs of the cricket team visiting various sights. Incorporates news clippings,commercial photographs of New York, Monte Carlo, and personal correspondence. Photographs are annotated. A number of letters to Fleetwood-Smith, from English cricket commentator John Arlott, are located inside the front cover of the album.
