Brief Description
Commemorative medal presented to William Ager as an Official at the 1956 Olympic Games. Obverse has low relief design of the Olympic motto CITIUS, ALTIUS, FORTIUS circled by a procession of athletes (nine pairs of nude figures plus one bearing flag with Olympic rings). Reverse features Melbourne coat of arms and motto. Housed in a circular clear plastic box.
