Brief Description
Green 'Vittoria' bicycle, built and raced by Paddy Hehir and restored, and hand-painted by R L Bates. "Paddy Hehir" has been painted on the top tube. Plastic Dunlop saddle, wooden wheels with new tyres, plain pedals. Downward- swung handles.
