Brief Description
Pair of binoculars on a stand. These binoculars were taken from a Japanese Cruiser in World War Two. The binoculars were a prize. The binoculars are now attached to a stand which in turn is attached to a circular base with the letters 'M. C. C.' inscribed around the perimeter.
