Participation medal, gold finish; "1954 / BRITISH EMPIRE / AND / COMMONWEALTH / GAMES / VANCOUVER / CANADA", presented to Glyn Bosisto for competing in the Lawn Bowls events. Front features above debossed text and a crown, surrounded by a border of linked chain. Design on verso features an Inuit totem pole surrounded by a border of maple leaves, in turn surrounded by athletic figures from various sports.
