Engraved wooden plaque presented to Hubert Opperman on the 50th Anniversary of the Paris-Brest-Paris cycle ride. Raised gold metal wreath with two cyclists above an engraved plate.Wreath and the plate fixed to a dark timber stained board. Inscription gives details and date includes presented by Col Herringe, Surfers Paradise Cycling Club.
