Engraved Medal of Merit awarded to cyclist Hubert Opperman. Round pewter medal affixed to blue, yellow, white, green and red ribbon. Features a raised figure of a cyclist on the front and engraving on reverse reads: "MERITE CYCLISTE/MEDAILLE DE LA RECONNAISSANCE DU SPORT CYCLISTE". Accompanied by a matching tie tack.
