Brief Description
Engraved B.S.A medal and bars on ribbon awarded to Hubert Opperman for road races in the United Kingdom. 10 enamel and gold bars affixed to red, white and blue ribbon. The round engraved Australian Team B. S. A. medal affixed to the lower edge of the ribbon. Red felt and pin on reverse.
