Brief Description
A folded menu presented in a folded blue card cover. The cover features a golden map of Australia, with a hoisted Olympic flag rising above from it. Around it are located illustrations of major venues used in the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games. Inscription: 'HOTEL AUSTRALIA - MELBOURNE'. The menu features an attached 'chef's suggestions' list giving the date of the occasion. Guests at the occasion have signed their names on the back cover which is reserved for autographs.
