Brief Description
A 10-section, fold out pamphlet, featuring information for prospective tourists to Melbourne during the upcoming 1956 Melbourne Olympics. The front features a colour lithograph image of the Olympic rings above two naked athletes passing an Olympic torch. Behind them is a map of Australia, with the location of Melbourne spotted, in the background. Inscription: 'OLYMPIC/GAMES/MELBOURNE/22 Nov~8 Dec 1956'. Pamphlet features maps for the location of Olympic venues and the Olympic Village, including individual colour lithographic drawings of the M.C.G., Olympic Park, and Olympic Village housing.
