Brief Description
Medal Presentation Ceremony Bouquet for the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games, awarded to Asafa Powell, gold medal winner of the 100m, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on 20 March 2006. Although Powell did not set a record in this race, he was at the time of this win the world record holder for the 100m. The bouquet is comprised of a combination of Australian native and cultivated flowers and grasses, including xanthorrhoea, crespidia, podocarpus, mini anthurium, mini gerberas, and heliconia.
