Brief Description
Loose colour poster featuring an aerial photographic image of the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) at sunset. The central business district of Melbourne along with the arts and sports precincts of the city can be seen along with the western suburbs in the distance. This poster was produced to advertise the MCG. The text across the top reads 'Melbourne Cricket Ground'. There are four smaller images across the bottom which highlight specific areas of the MCG, i.e. Australian Gallery of Sports and Olympic Museum, The famous Long Room, Melbourne Cricket Club Museum, and Shirley Strickland Dining Room.
