Brief Description
Framed colour photograph that featuring an aerial view over the Melbourne Cricket Ground at sunset. Image has been taken from the east looking towards the west with the central business district of Melbourne in view on the right side. A cricket match is taking place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground with the light towers in operation. There is a caption on the lower section of the mount that reads 'MELBOURNE CRICKET GROUND/UNDER LIGHTS/Australia v. England, February 17, 1985'. The framers sticker appears on the back. Also on the back in the upper right corner is a pencil inscription that reads '6814 C'.
