Brief Description
Silver coloured metal plate with raised patterns in four concentric circles. Around the circumference are shields from different locations in Malaysia, two inner circles feature foliage designs with the words "WITH COMPLIMENTS FROM DATO' SRI NAJIB MINISTER OF YOUTH AND SPORTS MALAYSIA" inscribed between them. Centre circle has a coat of arms. Same patterns can be seen on reverse. Plate is housed in box with red felt interior.
