Brief Description
An unused black and white photographic postcard featuring two Berlin Olympic Games postage stamps on the back. Photo is of the Bayer Cross, a large electric sign suspended from two chimney stacks of the Bayer Pharmaceuticals Factory in Leverkusen, Germany. Postcard was acquired in an envelope by Doris Carter, during the 1936 Australian Olympic Team's inspection of the Bayer factory whilst on their way to Berlin for the 1936 Olympic Games.
