Brief Description
A souvenir pentagonal pennant with a white field, cream bordering, and a cream frill along the base, with red, white, and blue cord stitched along each side with the upper section loose so as to act as a hanging system. Inscription: INTERNATIONAL/AMATEUR CYCLING/FEDERATION. Below is the F.I.A.C. emblem, followed by a printed cream image of two cyclists.
