Brief Description
Black and white photograph of Chris Wheeler with a scratch bunch of cyclists waiting to start in the Amateur Cycling 40 mile Road Race. Wheeler is standing on the left, while the other cyclists are on their bikes. Reverse has handwritten and printed text.
