Brief Description
An invitation, addressed to Mrs A Dennis, (the married name of former Australian sprinter, Winsome Cripps), and one family member, from the 1956 Olympic Games Organising Committee, and the A.O.F., to be their guests at the Opening Ceremony of the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games. This honour also entitled Cripps free admission to all track and field events at the 1956 Games.
