A certificate awarded to Victorian sprinting champion, Winsome Cripps, for setting a new Victorian Record in the Women's 220 yards sprint, of 25 seconds. Presented by the President and the Honorary Secretary of the V.W.A.A.A., after the record was achieved at a Victorian Women's athletics meet, at Olympic Park, Melbourne, on 27 March, 1954.
