A certificate awarded to Victorian sprinting champion, Winsome Cripps, for setting a new residential Victorian record, in the Women's 220 yards sprint, of 25.3 seconds. Presented by the President and the Honorary Secretary of the V.W.A.A.A., after the record was achieved at a Victorian Women's athletics meet, at Royal Park, Parkville, ('Melbourne' on certificate) on 12 December, 1953.
