Trophy, metal figure on copper base on dark red plastic base; figure of female bowler in blouse and skirt, with bowling ball held in right hand, posed as if about to release ball. Engraved inscription on side of copper base: "Rita Smeets / Individual High Game 204 / T.V. Radio Bowling League / 1961".
